Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats
  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ cup egg whites (the secret)
  • 15 ml PeptoMeal Vanilla Swirl
  • Banana slices and your favourite berries
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  • 1. Cook oats as you would normally.
  • 2. Remove from heat.
  • 3. Stir in egg whites, and keep on stirring for 30 seconds, to ensure a smooth texture.
  • 4. Stir in the PeptoMeal Vanilla Swirl.
  • 6. Top with banana, berries and cinnamon.
